You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible pet items and receive a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Initiating a return is easy. Simply contact our dedicated customer service team at support@zoombucket.com and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange immediately within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be made back to your original payment method. Please note that if the returned product does not meet our requirements or is not in original condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged.

2. After confirming the return with customer service, please keep the items and original packaging intact. Make sure the item is unused and not damaged.
3. Ship the returned items to the designated return warehouse address. Once your return is confirmed, you will receive the return warehouse address information.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days and issue the refund to you via the original payment method.
